A great neighborhood bar serves the neighborhood's residents well. Tapper's is a perfect example of how well that works when the bar is in as diverse a neighborhood as this St. Paul pocket. In "I Wanna Dance Wit Choo (Doo Dat Dance)" by Disco Tex the Sex O Lettes, Tex yells out "Ol." The only remarkable thing about this is that in its context it s utterly unremarkable.
